How long does it take for delivery and activation of number?
The average delivery time period is 3 to 5 working days (excluding Sunday or public holidays). And if it’s outstation booking then it may vary 5-7 working days (excluding Sunday or public holidays).
SIM card is not showing a network? Showing an invalid SIM sign?
This may occur because your documents might still be in process. But if the issue still continues after activation period then you can contact us immediately or visit the nearest operator for exchange of SIM/resubmission of documents. And if still the problem continues we will refund your money.
